In the tourism sector, Pulk Company operates in the Dukan area of Sulaymaniyah Governorate. The company developed the tourist resort Hawari Khaunakan (Dream Land) in collaboration with the Investment Directorate of Sulaymaniyah.

Through Dream Land and its leisure ventures, Pulk Company invests in the places where families make memories. Our tourism arm develops and operates entertainment and hospitality destinations in the Dukan area of Sulaymaniyah and beyond, creating experiences that draw visitors year-round.
